    Hi,
I am currently trying to get fit loose a few pounds and tone up etc, I know it is a good thing to drink alot of water, but I don't like still water unless I am thristy, that is why I am drinking sparking because I like the taste, would sparkling be the same as still or would too much of it be bad for me

    thanks

Pretty much the same. I have heard some very minor concerns about the CO2 gas not being particularly good for you, but I wouldn't worry about it myself.

Just tough drinking at least 2L a day of sparkling water and bloody expensive - drink plain water mainly and just get used to it

Just not great from a digestive point of view with all that CO2 in your system.

Is it really going to make a massive difference - no. But i would still opt for plain water
