Whats the best way to cook chicken fillet does anyone know?
It seems the factory farm stuff we all eat is pretty high in fat these days.

Certainly when I cook in the George Foreman the fat just leeks out.
Does boiling or steaming remove more fat?

Chicken breast is very low fat, even if factory farmed. What you are seeing coming off is probably most water.

Fat is not bad for you. A meal that's based on a combination of protein and fat with a big serving of green vegetables is about as good as you are going to get. It's when you add fries and sugary drinks that it turns into a disaster.

Chicken thighs are just as good as breast.

i used to think it was fat too OP. it's water, i think it's because of the hormones that are fed to the chicken, but i'm not too well up on that stuff. i don't think the way you cook it matters, it's the same result, maybe i'm wrong.... i buy organic chicken at a ridiculous price but there's no run off and tastes 10 times better.. my 2pence worth

the amount of people that ask this here and in the fitness forum is incredible. What's wrong with cooking your food in a little olive oil? It's good for your blood and heart so it is.

Go for it. Olive oil is great.

Grilled chicken? Could be a bit dry if overdone.
