He's looking for a B+B to close to the gym,

    Any recommendations?

The Sheldon Park Hotel is the nearest Hotel. No B&B's in the area really, there is one in Inchicore though.

    That's the DART. :)

Also, I think that one on the north side is not SBG any more.

If this is the kettlebell course at Johns on the Longmile road with Ginko ? I'm running the course and found it hard to find some where that wasnt fully booked but we got sorted at ucdvillage.ie in assoc with Hostelworld.com it was 30 Euro for the night.

You get your own room, with a shared bathroom.Myself and Ginko are stayen there, along with a couple of the Belfast group.....try there

    All the best..........J

That's my mistake then. :):o I thought you were talking about the old sbg northside. Forgot that the luas goes out near the new one on the long mile road. Doh!

on an irrelevant interesting sidenote, a variation of kettlebells is the national sport in iran.
competitions were organised as a a means of keeping the armies fit and ready for battle as the movements and weights maintained the strenght and techniques for sword fighting.

was sitting in a house in a city in iran a few months ago having tea with a fmaily when the old fella (60s poss 70s) lept up and started swinging the weights around until the daughter managed to get him to stop. he then opened up his shirt to show me the scars from a triple bypass he had 6 months previously. tough old nut!

    Hello my names J

I'm the guy running the course with the help of John and his SBG.The course is £250 or 318 Euro to do the National Coaching award with my coach Ginko.

Its basicly a full house at the moment, room for two more "cadets" to learn how to swing the metal. There will be any other National Coaching course run by myself in Belfast in September,if you arent on this one.

There are always kettlebells for sale Belfast,Galway,Dublin and these ones are the real deal and not bad copies but the ones the pros use.

Any info contact me on +44(0) 77 89 465 700 if you want one of the last two spaces.

Oh the metal thing's the ole guy was maybe working with are a version of the
Indian clubs.Funny all the ole skool knowledge comen back,as its been part of the traditional martial arts for hundreds of years.....J
