Just a quick question: Is it possible to resurrect 35mm film after it has been wound up by the camera? I ask this as a foolish member of my family wound up some new film which I bought before a single picture was taken.

if it hasn't been exposed and you can tease it out of the canister (doing so in a dark room because you'll need to open the felt "lips" of the cassette a little biy, then yes, i don't see why it wouldn't be possible on a manually wound camera

it's worked for me at any rate.

on the other hand, it's only 1 roll of film.

or bring it into any camera shop and ask them to do it for you, they have a little gadget that does it just like that :)

Whatever is in the canister is safe and the rest, well its down to where you were how bright it was how fast you closed it and how tight the other end was wound ! you might loose some you might loose all !
