i'm in limerick and considering changing from esatbt ti utv/chorus.
can anybody tell me what utv/chorus' policy is on usage. the sales line told me the "usage" cap is 60gb. when i asked whether that was down and up totalled or 60gb in either direction the sales team told me it was down and up wasn't included. at any rate they didn't sound too convincing. can anyone with experience of this clarify it for me thanks. also does anyone know if utv are shaping traffic as i will be using soulseek and dimeadozen and rapidshare. the 6mb 60gb or 12mb 120gb is attractively priced against esatbt 3mb 30gb, whic i'm having no real probs with, its just a bit stingy.
