I can't seem to be able to find the frequency 11488 in my TP Index and if the frequency isn't there you can't do a TP scan or add the channel manually, unless there's another way to add a new TP.

It must be possible. It's on the same TP as France 24 (stuck between Happy Hour Girls and Revelation TV), so if you're getting those, you should be able to get this.

Appears as 53065? or something similar, not as Paranormal Channel.

On my SL65, it's on TP 11489 V 27490, channel name 54058.

They're showing Arthur C. Clarkes Mysterious World atm. Unlikely this will remain FTA after the 9th though. Anyone know any different?
