UCC interviews

Hi, I am applying for an administrative position at UCC and I am desperate to get some advice on the interviews there, I heard they are a nightmare. Please help!

What did you hear that make you think they are a nightmare? I've done two UCC intervies, one for entry and one for promotion. Both were very straightforward. Introductory sections, how your skills will fit to the job section and anything else you want to tell us sections. 4-5 people on the panel made up of
1. HR person
2. direct supervisor
3. random person from a different department
4. any other people you would work with.
