Movie sound issues.

    Hey lads,

    I copied a movie from my laptop to my ps3 via a thumb drive.
    My Issue is the sound. It sounds like it is distorted.
    The 'Audio Codec' is MP3 112kbps
    The 'Video Codec' is DIVX 720kbps
    The file type is AVI

    Any reason why the sound is distorted?

    Have you tried it on a pc, laptop also?

    Yes, it works fine in VLC.

    Have you the latest update for the PS3.

    I think there was a divx fix with that
