multimedia audio controller driver

    hi

    i have a amd athlon 256 ram - really old

    no sound working on anything - it has xp sp2

    wmp - i tunes or the windows sound testing place - not working

    in device manager, the ''multimedia audio controller'' hasnot got a driver installed and it wont give me any info on the vendor etc etc

    how am i to get the right driver?
