    You have to be under 24yrs old. Age-ism.

    The scholarship is open to anyone of any age attending a recognised photographic course and to any photographer up to the age of 24

    I'm only 20 but no project in mind... Wasn't Challengemaster always complaining that people under 18 weren't getting a fair deal? Seems like something perfect for him then!

    Mind you, if you attended a recognised photographic course .... you can get around that bit.

    "A word document with your story
    proposal with budget and references. Your portfolio of 12 images."

    I would interpret that as 12 strong images in the style you intend to present.

    Strong project with possible links to socio-economics,human interest, unusual subject matter, etc. Well researched probably a must.

    Thirdfox, give it a go.
