    Hi,

I am going to get the E8400.

I am looking at getting an SLI mobo and ddr3 ram(4gb). to run on a 24' monitor(1920x1200).

Could anybody spec a mobo, ram and gfx card(s) , good bang for buck. Also I won't be using hardversand.de. just dabs or komplett, maybe memoryc for ram(discount from work).

    Cheers guys.

Just curious why you chose to get ddr3 ram?
There's new graph9ics cards out in a few weeks just so you know.

not sure why ddr3 ram, because it's new. match the bus speed.

dd3 in your case is only good if your doing some serious overclocking.
Anyway if you get nice ddr2 ram you can overclock to ddr3 (speed)mhz anyway.
Try get some 1066 or 800mhz ram.

I'll wait till after the 17th of June for the new nvidia cards.
