They are new. Deal is on i Cork also. Couldn't find Medal of Honour Airborne though. Other games include:

Offer is on in the Xtravision in Parkway Limerick.

Picked up Command and Conquer, Bullit witch and Harry potter Order of the Phoenix. Other titles there that i didnt see mentioned in the other posts were Hour of victory, perfect dark zero and shadowrun. dang good value.

Eternal Sonata would be excellent at that price. My Xtravision didn't seem to have it alas... Shivering Isles and Test Drive Unlimited were the most tempting options amongst a lot of rubbish. If I could find ES too, would definitely pick them up.

Thanks for the tip op,got c&c3,splinter cell:double agent and final fantasy 12(ps2) Got em in knocklyn xtravision,there was a fair amount of games left but not great games though..

I checked out Xtravision Leixlip and they didn't have many good games, so I ended up getting Eternal Sonata for €15 and BioShock for €19.99 (both new) so I was happy enough
For anyone interested they did have C&C 3 there as one of the 3 for €30 (or €15 each) but I already have it.

I checked the one on Thomas St and there was nothing decent there. Some good offers on pre-owned games (Darkness for €14.99 etc...) but they had crap for the 3 for €30 deal.
