I was just wondering has anyone used Oxfam Bridal in Dublin from there web site it sounds too good to be true, do the dresses really start as low as 70 Euro & up to 400 are the dresses nice or are they really out dated & old ? Also do they stock a nice selection of bridesmaid dresses i was thinking of going with lilac or a light bright blue & i will also have 3 flowergirls do they do a range for them ? Many thanks Ashlynn :)

    Hey Ashlynn,

Yep, its true. They have some amazing deals there for outfits and many many people go there to get what would normally be a very expensive dresses for (almost) next to nothing.

Its defo worth a trip up there to check it out ;)

I went to barnardos in Dun Laoghaire and got my dress for 400 . It had small sleeves on it and I didn't like them and had them removed. It turned out beautiful. It was a really modern and flattering dress that everyone commented on the day.

That's great news i will try there aswell for my dress who knows i might be lucky & be able to visit the two shops on the one day. I have only just started to price things for the wedding & by the looks of it my dress will probably be the cheapest thing :(

Yeah the dresses are expensive alright. The girl in the shop told me mine would have cost 1800 to buy new!! do remember though that they insist you make an appointment. Good Luck:)
