Starting to get fed up of my standard meal, which consists of a chicken fillet, salad and brown rice. Anybody got any ideas of a few meals with similar nutritional value?

Stir fry the chicken with onions, peppers, whatever other veg you like. You can use a stir fry sauce, but they tend to be high in sugar if you're conscious of that. Rice is optional.

Have a look in the cooking & recipes forum for some ideas. They may not be low-cal, but you can adjust many of them.

Tuna, prawns, cod, coley, trout, turkey breast, skinless turkey drumsticks, lean lamb, pork or beef. Aubergine, asparagus, broccoli, boy choy, brussel spouts, cabbage, celeriac, cucumber, celery, chard, dandelion, endive, fennel.....
