Body Conditioning Classes Limerick

Does anybody know of any Body Conditioning Classes going on in Limerick? I'm currently looking to tone up and maybe lose a few pounds and I heard these classes are great for just that. At the moment my exercise routine is nil. I would be more suited to a home exercise routine as I find it hard to get out in the evenings…

Does anybody know of any Body Conditioning Classes going on in Limerick? I'm currently looking to tone up and maybe lose a few pounds and I heard these classes are great for just that. At the moment my exercise routine is nil. I would be more suited to a home exercise routine as I find it hard to get out in the evenings but have yet to be recommended a good workout dvd. At least with the body conditioning classes the routine can be done at home also so if I miss a class I can continue at home. Any input at all would be appreciated.
