myself and a group of friends are going to australia in october - one of the group was arrested when on a J1 visa in usa - went to court the following morning and was let out straight away. Will this stop them getting a visa? Or should they say nothing and hope nothing happens?they have a great job and it was just a stupid J1 drunken holiday.
