Not quite sure where to put this...

Turns out my histamine levels are huge & I've been recommended to get an anti-allergy mattress cover (you zip the mattress into it) same for pillows & some 300 threadcount bedding.

So I'm going to go looking online as to the best bargains, but wanted to check for recommendations first.

Also, we have a king size bed which I think means it's five foot across. That equates to an american queen doesn't it ? Or is it a regular king & they have the californian king which is bigger again ?

    Hopefully someone can assist. Thanks

California king is 6ft as far as I know, also think of investing in a mulberry silk filled duvet, less allergenic and excellent comfort. 300 thread count is the only way to go and the memory foam pillows are an excellent bet. If you can afford it the memory foam mattresses are hostile to bugs etc. and can reduce your risk. Once you've got the right bedding, you'll never go back in terms of relief.
