Just curious does anyone eat anything to help speed up their slow metabolism... I used to eat chickpeas as a snack, mid-morning/before lunch, just to help speed it up a little... does anyone know does tesco sell them? And do you eat anything else for a similar effect?

    Huh?

I just eat more often, train regularly and gain some muscle, I've found that works best tbh.

    I hear Green Tea does.

Every supermarket sells chickpeas. You usually have a choice between dried and canned. I've never heard about chickpeas speeding up your metabolism. How is it supposed to do that?

Generally exercise, particularly lifting weights, will do that, and so will some supplements mostly caffeine based. Green tea, yerbe mate, fish oil, capsicum, and a few similar things will have a small effect.

Agree with Tribulus, eat often, train often (and hard), and gain muscle.
