    One word:

The first couple of songs were very good, but we felt like it might be a long night. Then...

At various points in the show he got us to hum a note to accompany him as he was singing, and the audience were great! Singing in tune, responding perfectly when he wanted less/more volume. He even got people to come on stage to sing and dance. And THEY DIDN'T SUCK !!!!:eek:

I smiled, I laughed, I felt so relaxed afterwards!

Did anybody else go? Help me out here, I really don' t know how to describe the greatness and general coolness of the man.

I was there. it was as amazing as I guessed it would be. the man is otherwordly.

Great sense of humour, outweighed only by his INSANE TALENT. My only disappointment was that he didn't sing "drive," but it didn't even matter that much.

The wizard of Oz thing was amazing. As was the Bodhrán player section (I'm a drummer, bobby's rhythms alone keep me satisfied but then the call and response with the Bodhrán dude was just fantastic)

I'd highly recommend buying his albums, they're like tranquilizers.

    What a guy!
