Paint on clothes - any recommended professional cleaners in city?

Can anyone recommend a really good professional (clothes) cleaner in Galway for removing stains? Boyfriend just leaned against a freshly white-painted bedroom wall wearing favourite hoody... It's kind of a weird fabric, a little like wetsuit material lined with something fuzzy, and I definitely don't want to take any chances with home remedies.

The GMIT art department should be able to recommend a paint remover for fabric.
