    Hi,

I've started a strength programme 2 weeks ago and just starting to get my head around supplements etc.

If I want to build some muscle, and if I am not getting all the protein I need through my diet I should be taking a protein supplement right?

So my question is, should I be taking RAMx for post workout recovery?

And is RAMx a protein supplement in itself, i.e would I need to take a protein supplement in addition to RAMx ?

    thanks for reading.

If you're two weeks into a strength programme then you don't need supplements. See how your body responds to a diet of hard training and good food. When you're 6 months down the line and you're lifting regularly and heavily enough that you're having difficulty recovering from session to session, then you might think about supplements but only after you're sure you've done all you can with your diet.

    thanks for the advice.
I've significantly altered my diet though for the better, and am taking 5-6 clean small meals per day now. Basically I don't want to wait 6 months only to realise I wasted them by not taking something which could have helped with my progress.

Don't worry, the most important things are that you have changed your diet for the better and are doing a well structured weightlifting program. If you don't see significant progress from these two changes after a few months then you know something important has gone wrong - not taking RAMX PWO will not stunt your progress at this stage.

IMO you should concentrate your time and enegy on eating and training right.
