All incoming calls show as unknown caller (Vodafone)

Hi All Just signed up with Vodafone, originally I got a Palm Treo 500v and all calls coming in were showing up as caller unknown. Looked through the settings but couldn't see anything. Just got a new unlocked phone and put the SIM in and the same thing is happening! Anyone any ideas? TIA

the problem's not with your phone. you weren't set up properly when you signed up. call vodafone on 1907 (bill) or 1850 20 87 87 (pre pay)
