apart from the roads leading away from there, there is nothing good in kilkenny. i'll make an exception for the girl from the back of the village inn

One wonders why you bother to read the Kilkenny forum.

Before I moved back to Dublin (in Jan) I found a wonderful hairdresser in Kieran O'Gormans - i think her name was Amanda (im terrible with names) - she was from limerick and only there a few months when I left. Best haircuts I have gotten in some time though - better than the toni and guys and any salons I have been in in Dublin.
Haircuts are very reasonable also, price wise in Kilkenny.

I have had a few different girls cut my hair from Kieran O'Gormans and in general always been very happy.

I dont have the number for the salon but the salon is located in the butterslip (very central). Bookings are made pretty far in advance so i advise you ring asap!!

Doubt very much you'll get near Kieron O'Gorman's this weekend with the time that's in it but salon at the back of village inn very good - if you try find mcDonalds - it's right behind it!!

Rustiq on the Callan Road specialise in womans hair although they might be booked out for the Cats Laugh. Theres always Seamie Bulger although he does it privately now.
