Do you need a receipt to claim on your warranty and where can you bring it back too?

You don't need a receipt, you gave your information when you were buying it.....bring it back to where you bought it, or get onto Apple to come collect it off you and they'll (hopefully) bring it back to you fixed/a new unit.
