    Have just seen the ad for this - cheap protein and creatine, I think there is E20 off their own brand Whey Protein - any one tried this?

    Yea, I've tried the protein and found it very good and doesn't cause any stomach upsets or anything. Don't take Creatine so can't comment on that.

    I got this protein the last time holland and barrett had a sale and i have to say that the price reflects the quality,and it tastes like crap.:(

    MOst people reckon the sale is good for vitamins and foodstuffs, but most do not rate their protein highly. Also the creatine may appear good value, but is it all creatine? most I saw there was a creatine mix, e.g. creatine & sugar or protein, it was quite expensive when you copped on it was really diluted down.

    I buy the protein for adding to baking or ice-cream or things like that. You can use it as a substitute for flour in a lot of things (reduce the cooking time as well). I like whey isolate when I can get it.
