Hi when i went i got the stick on deflecters for lights ,spare bulbs ,triangle.Tell your insurance and they give you an accident form (just in case) .Make sure you have a plug in fridge in the jeep lol

have two extra 12v oulets wired up one in the back the other behind the front seats so ready for some cool drinks on the way.

    any point in aa cover?

its a toyota so it wont break down hopefully.....

Make sure that you get breakdown cover through the AA or another company, if you breakdown or have an accident the cost and inconvience of getting you and your jeep fixed / transported home is horrendous.

For the last couple of years I have used a multi trip insurance package that has motor cover with Jardines, only cost €104for a family of 4.

    Have a good trip.

For 3 weeks in France the AA will charge €151 for vehicle recovery and €82 for personal travel insurance for two people (details), where as the crowd I use will cover the car for UK and Europe, and the family world wide for the year, all for €104.

I used to use the AA until I found out about the others.
