Have been looking to get a surround system setup.At the moment i have a ps3 and sony bravia tv also have a server to hook up.Was looking to get one of the onkyo's.I see on richer sounds where i can get the older model 506 for 314…

Have been looking to get a surround system setup.At the moment i have a ps3 and sony bravia tv also have a server to hook up.Was looking to get one of the onkyo's.I see on richer sounds where i can get the older model 506 for 314 http://www.richersounds.ie/asp/product.asp?ObjectID=938&Mode=0&CategoryID=3&sub=24&productid=768if i but in sterling.The new 606 is bout 500.Is the new model worth it.Also read somewhere that the 506 doesnt use audio from the hdmi .Is this true.I can just use the optical out then from my ps3.Will it make a difference .Also any nice 7.1 speakers you can reccommend.
