A gary doyle order entitles someone who is charged with a crime to copies of all statements and info on all evidence being used in the case against them without a court order as I understand it.
If someone is arrested and charged would they be able to look for that there and then in the police station?
How long would they generally wait until they get it. It says they should be provided with them "a reasonable amount of time before the case". Would this allow guards to procastinate in producing it? Would it be the guards who produce it or the prosecution for that matter?

A Gary Doyle order is an order made by the court, it can only be granted by the judge.
