I get the belly button pressing, sensation in the willy thing too.

Heres one for ya. When I lightly run my finger up and down on the skin on the inside of my right elbow, I get a tingling sensation on the right side back of my......tongue!!

Think its all down to a shared nerve or that the areas of my brain for felling sensation in my elbow and tongue are right beside each other and there is some crossed wiring. ie, when stimulating the back of my elbow there is a bit of overlapping electrical stimulation of the neurons next door that interpret sensations from the tongue
