Can someone tell me how long customs usually take to process a package from the U.S. I have been waiting 6 weeks now and i am starting to think that the package has been lost in the post. Does it normally take longer than 6 weeks?? The site i bought the item on said it would take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the…

The site i bought the item on said it would take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the countries customs? But 6 weeks on and nothing!!

have you tracked the parcel on the anpost website? are you sure it is even in customs?

If you have a tracking number, you can check where it is. If you have no tracking number, or it wasn't sent by registered post, then there's nothing you can do.
