    a female friend of mine(very good fitness level) is intrested in starting MMA and as my geography(even dublin/or possibly im just stupid), she asked me where the nearest club to her would be, and no im not asking for people to tell me theres MT or TKD or anything else, she asked specifically for mma, so im sure ill not be long hearing "ah Gar ya should know this club is here, and that club is there" but go for it hehe, i just felt stupid not being able to tell her so cheers for any replies lads...and lasses in paul cowzers case haha

    roughly 3 miles, bus no 7 drops you to the front door. theres another bus which runs direct from dun laoire dart st. pm david jones for exact details.
    its a good club too. on the 2nd floor of louglinstown leisure centre
