Katana. No ammuntition required, long enough to use without getting too close to a zombie and it was designed specifically to decapitate.

AK, reliable, decently accurate and goes "Bang" every time, a solid choice!

Glock, maybe three, for the up close moments. Goes bang every time

Weapon of choice, FN "SAW" or the Minimi. Belt fed or takes standard M16 mags, I wouldn't be into ripping off 300 rounds of link, but put a Holosight on that thing and start popping heads! :eek:

For teams reduced to katanas and the likes, a turf cutting "Slan" or however it's spelt may be ideal? No room to swing needed, thrust like a spear using phalanx tactics ala "300" or the bleedin' Romans (what they ever done for us?)

A skewering with a spear won't kill a zombie, but hit him under the chin with even a sharpened up spade and you've upped your chance of a successful deanimation. Using it to keep lone zombies pinned and away from you while a mate makes the head shot is also quite useful.

A large mag. capacity on something in .22rimfire like the Calico or Ruger 10-22 would be good for clearing Zeds from around a fixed defensible point, like my local castle for example A head shot with a CCI Stinger will do just fine if I'm not worried about being eaten right then if it fails to stop.


Just had a thought, if a doorway is likely to be breached, why not mount a punt gun inside it loaded with fine shot, or mixed shot and OO buckshot? A proper crowd pleaser! A portable version may be the Striker aka "The Streetsweeper" shotgun

It is the obvious choice to me considering it is Semi-automatic, Easy to use, requires minimal cleaning and will take the feckers heads clean off. (Well not clean.)

And we all know the only way to "Kill" a zombie is to separate its head from its body!!!

Realistically I would also cary some sort of sword also because the Spas may run out of rounds or I will not have time to reload when they are too close.

depends where you are. the ak47-49 are my pref but yeah a sword Would eb nice but they get blunt easy and can only be re-sharpen so many times..


screwdriver is always a reliable weapon or a colt 45 pistol ( ganglands favorite weapon. )

Assuming you can have a weapon with infinate Ammo i would go with the Styer AUG, nothing beats it, you've got a scope, grenade launcher and it's light unlike the M16 or a flame thrower.

If you can run out of ammo then i would choose the Witch King's Sword from Lord Of The Rings, long, can turn fiery and if you stab someone with it he turns to your side, i'll have my own hybred army of Zombie/Nazgul in no time
