    Hi there,
my boyfriend is a qualified welder but cant get a job because he hasn't enough experience and can't get experience because he hasn't got a job!!

He is extremely depressed and upset and is of the opinion that he has wasted the last 5 years of his life training for this...

I would be very greatful to anyone who has any advice on where he can go from here e.g is it possible to go into some sort of engineering??

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Many Thanks,
    Lilachic :)

Look up fort mcmurry northern alberta north western canada.

Welders are needed big time. Ill pull out a few links.

Hook up with a good agency. Or look up Rigzone.com.

Kentz, sepam, tradeskills etc. If he,s prepared to work rotations of maybe 8 weeks on 2 weeks off , that sort of thing.

Theres serious money to be made at the moment in alberta especalliy for welders.

    Best of look.
