Im looking for info, on Strep.I understand the different types, and have covered strep B.skin infection , caused by strep.
I want to know, signs, effects of non penicilian based antibiotics, links to other auto immune etc, etc.any links, info

If it's not mentioned anywhere in those links, I just want to add that the Streptococci genus of bacteria are the most sensitive ones to antiobiotics. In fact, they are used as a standard tests for antibiotics.

Lecture notes in Medical Microbiology will give you some good overall info on Strep/infections/symptoms/diagnosis/treatment. it's pretty easy to follow.

The link is to the Health Protection Agency website in the UK which is the UK public health lab and reference lab for numerous pathogens. It's a pretty good site for a nice overview (I'm not sure what your background is so this may be too basic-apologies if so).

I don't know if you have tried pubmed but it's very useful. all published articles are on the site (some are abstract only) so you may find some interesting references there. Depends how detailed your work has to be.
