Portraits Needed for image processing ..

I am starting to work on defining a new product which involves processing of portraits in camera during the capture process (in point and shoot cameras) to give them a makeover (softening of skin, sharpening eyes, removing wrinkles, removing spots etc) ...

As part of the initial work on this project I need to get my hands on a database of portraits upon which we can experiment with our Software algorithms ... to see how well they work ...

We need a variety of stuff ... mostly face on ... with older people, pimply teenagers etc ...

I've thought about looking for some creative commons images from Flickr ... and also looked at getting some of my own together ...

Does anyone have any suggestions of a good place to source unprocessed portraits of normal people (i.e. not models, normal mortals warts and all) ...

At the risk of leaving myself open to some ridicule here but ... If anyone would like to contribute some pictures please pm me for email details ... but we are probably not going to pay for them, since we need 40 - 100 images of different types and they are not going to be published anywhere, though they may be used in presentations to our customers (the likes of Canon, Nikon, Samsung, Sony etc) ... sorry:o

So your idea is a camera, that makes you look prettier in the shots???
Appealing to a vain society, nice market :)

    Sinead posted good source... :-)

What about race diversity? Different shades of yellow-brown-pink, shapes of eyes (like me seeing yesterday's tuna steak)?

IF it is for company, I could suggest some stock photography agencies.

I thought about using stock agencies but to be honest their photos tend to be too perfect and retouched ... we are trying to develop something more to be used by your average Joe soap in his P&S camera ... so in a way they have to less than perfect images ... if you get my meaning ... in fact I'm going through my own reject database and ignoring the good ones ...
