ATR/Betting in Italy

Hi, Do you know if it's possible to watch Irish races in Italy (via ATR or similar)? Do they have bookies the same as here etc? Heading to Venice at the weekend but I want to see a race from Tralee and I don't think any of the streams from the betting sites work outside of Ireland and the UK.

Hi,
