Deleting old scout reports

I have a big problem with my scouts. Whenever I send them away and sort the list by Recommended Stars, it's always the same old players that turn up at the top of the list. How do I delete or reset scout reports so that when tey start a new assignment all previous recommendations won't turn up?

If you click into the scouted players profile there should be an option saying "Remove scout reports" near where 'remove from shortlist' would be.
