Wagyu beef. Expensive Japanese breed of cattle that has an intensely marbled meat with a great flavour and tenderness. If I had the opportunity to try this meat, it wouldn't be a burger. As wagyu cattle are now bred in the USA, maybe some of the mystique has gone.
