Where are you based? Your best bet would be to join a club. If we knew where you were based someone could recommend a good club that looks after sprinter/jumper types.

Start off by getting fit. Do some circuit training and some overdistance work to get fit. The more intense stuff will be easier later on if you get a bit fit first.

Ah cheers am based in Carlow. We have a club down here but they're not that serious plus the track is a mess. I will start on a regular jug.

Looking at my record I am wondring should I just focus on sprints 60 to 200 or continue with my Long and Triple jump?

Based on the Hungarian scoring tables, 100m is your best event by far. This could well be an indication of your innate talents. Plus, I wouldn't contemplate doing the Triple Jump without a very good coach. It's one of the most physically stressful events out there, and the possibility of getting injured is high.

Cheers I have always been good at 100m but now are days the standards are getting hard you know and am getting lazier.

I will set my game up. You sound really good at this can you do me a 2 day training plan and 1 weekend endurance plan if advice able.
