not sure to put this in banking, or online actions but seen its saving money put it here.

From 17 June 2008 3V will reduce the fee for buying 3V Vouchers with a value of EUR 100.00 or less.
Additionally, the redemption fee for Vouchers purchased on or after 17 June 2008 will change to EUR 5.00. The redemption fee will be applied automatically to every unredeemed Voucher two months after the expiry date. There is no change to the fee charged to redeem Vouchers purchased before 17 June 2008.

You can continue to transfer funds from one Voucher to another Voucher for EUR 2.50 using the Online Customer Services section of the 3V site up to 2 months after the expiry date of the Voucher. It will not be possible to transfer funds from a Voucher after the redemption fee has been charged.

    :D
Value of Voucher Current fee New fee
    EUR 20.00 EUR 5.00 FREE
    EUR 30.00 to 100.00 EUR 5.00 EUR 2.50
    EUR 110.00 to 350.00 EUR 5.00 EUR 5.00

    At last!

  • They've not reduced anything....the purchase fee is €2.50 cheaper but they've increased the redemption fee by €2.50. Wirecard is still much better (although 3V is handy if you're caught with no funds in Wirecard and need to pay in a hurry)

Well at least it's a step in the right direction. Now if we could buy the vouchers in denominations of €5 that really would be progress.

It was always 2.50 to redeem a 3V voucher I think.
