No TV Listing After 7 pm

Every evening after about 7 pm, the TV listings on my SKY+ disappear. The only way I can change channel is by inputting the channel number ie. 101 for RTE 1. It is perfect during the day. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, do you watch E4 or More4 around that time of the evening?

Herself would watch Hollyoaks at 7? What's that got to do with it?

There is a problem with the time on the transponder that E4 Ireland and
More4 Ireland are carried on, basically the time is around 7 to 9 minutes slow and if you watch either of these channels the didgbox will lose its tv listings, if you want to watch Hollyoaks and keep the listings tune in E4 UK into your other channels and watch it from there and the problem goes away.

    E4 UK can be found on 10729 V 22000 5/6.

    Hope this helps.

Cheers, so do I just plug out and plug back in the sky box to get back to normal?

Yeah, plug out and back in to get your listings back.

They really should've fixed this issue by now.
