Have recessed halogen lighting in the bathroom and one of the bulbs has just gone. These are covered by glass a protecter and I can't seem to budge. Its stuck fast obviously to stop any moisture getting in. anyone got an idea of how this was put in in the first place and how can I remove it. Head wrecked!

Similar to what I have attached:

It should be just a case of undoing the screws to gain access.

no screws at all.feels like it should be a twist type movement

Hi,the whole thing might have to come down as the glass can only go in from the other side, there should be two spring type legs that is holding the whole light to the ceiling, you'll have to grip the whole thing and pull towards you to remove it,to put it back in afterwards push the two legs up vertically so they go into the hole first and the light will snap back into place
