Foam Roller for stretching the ITB

    Hi all.

    Anyone know where in Limerick I could find a foam roller for stretching stretching the ITB (a muscle/tissue in the body)?

    Here's an example of one on ebay. I'm hoping to get one locally though.

    I've tried Elverys, but no luck.

    that seperate TESCO shop in the Crescent had Yoga mats and all this fitness stuff. maybe you can get one there...

    looks like the ones they use in the pool in jjb.

    maybe they sell them in the shop above?

    I'm not sure, but these are probably different than the ones I'm looking for......I could be totally wrong though. I'll check it out. Thanks for the help guys.

    yeah I am sure the one you are looking for is a bit more sturdy than those.

    Try them anyway, and Elvery's I guess?
