    Great house on Highfield Avenue just 2 mins from UCC and No.5 bus route to town.
    Available from the 1st june till 31st August.

    Really nice new kitchen with washer, dryer, microwave (all the mod-cons).

    2 rooms to let for the summer. Rooms are roomy (no kidding!) with double beds. One of the rooms has an en suite, enquirers can fight to the death for it.

    3 other enthusiastic, easy-going house mates in the house.

    Rent is reasonable for such a great place!!

    I've no doubt it is a silly question but there's always loads of places around that area going very cheap just for the summer months.On UCC's website somewhere there's a list of places like that for rent during the summer months, usually ranging from 35 - 70 per week. Or else ring the accommodations office in UCC and ask for the list of houses to let during the summer
