Bit of advice on cheapish HDMI card that can output sound

Just looking for a stop gap card that has native HDMI output and I can output DD 5.1 out through it, have a P5WD2 Mb with Pentium D and an Audigy 2 card, which will do me until a board is released that can support hidef soundtracks output as bitstream via the hdmi connector. Thanks
