Bios frozen on Dell Latitude.

    I am trying to load a genuine copy of windows XP to a Dell CPXJ laptop. However when I attempt to change the bios to boot from the CD Rom the bios is frozen. None of the keys will work, any tips?

    Does the 'ol F12 button give you a boot list to select from without having to go into the bios?
