strapless dress

    Hi ,

I am attending a wedding in about a month. My dress is strapless with a boned corset. Its a destination wedding so i dont really want to get a shawl or anything like that.

My problem is that I have a slight overhang of flesh at the top of the dress, below my shoulder where my arm meets my torso.

I am looking for any tips on specific exercise that I could do to tone up that region.. or if i could get some kind of wrap or something in a beauty salon that would temporarily hold it all in..

Thanks in advance for your help.

You probably need to ask in the Fitness Forum for tips on exercising...

A wrap may work but why not just let it all hang out. No-ones perfect and unless your really self conscious I would try and just enjoy the day:)
