account renewal

    hi, almost been a year on blacknight, and am quite happy with the service (linux hosting/.com domain). renewal time is coming up and I was wondering how to go about paying for the next year before waiting until the plug gets pulled on the site, and having to suffer down time or restoration of the account?

    Hi Spacedog,

    Your account will have an invoice generated and you'll get an e-mail copy of this invoice. You can then login to https://billing.blacknight.ie and pay for the hosting/domain reg via credit card, laser, paypal or you can send us a cheque or money payment via eft. In the later case please make sure the reference on the payment indicates what domain or account it's for.

    cool, thanks paul, will probably pay by laser, one more question... if I posted a cheque/postal order, is there a grace period for keeping service/domain active active?
