I always liked Technique because of the way he rapped (sounds like hes spitting out your speakers into your face) but I dunno...don't really like that. Its a bit blah-di-blah lyrics wise and he doesn't sound as good as he does on something like no me importa. Anyway, reckon the album will still be worth it.

I actually really like the three songs i've heard from his new album but then again, I wasn't as obssessed with Vol 2 as everyone else was. Seems like he has calmed down both vocally and lyrically, isn't trying as hard (which to me is a good thing) and has doper beats.

What ever happened to The Middle Passage? Or is this his new album, was meant to be out ages ago. They'll prob keep pushing the release date of this album out too...

I've not really heard much of Immortal Technique and from listening to these tracks, i dont see anything special.

But i've heard uber good reviews about him so i'd be interested in listening to his back catalogue.

Not gonna write him off just yet!

I like all 3 songs."Payback" is my favourite so far and his new beats are definitely cool. Its definitely not on the same level as rev. vol 2 at the moment, but certainly sounds good.Any idea when its going to get released?

Listening to this album right now. Mainly wack. Too much shouting, too much confused politics and not enough stories and personal stuff. The flexibility that sometimes turned up on Rev 1 and 2 aren't really here, and the beats aren't much better.

Almost as disapointing as that Killah Priest album.

Immortal technique was always great lyric wise but his flow and breath control is what let him down on the 2 revelotionary albums. He didn't stay on beat too good. But he has improved a lot on tracks i've heard since then. I've heard the advance of this album and i can't wait to hear the full album release. The content was different as this is more of a mixtape. It's more of a street album than his usual political stuff.
