    :( Any ideas? Tried anti-histamines, creams, sprays but its not going. Its not too bad at mo. Last resort is the doc but dont wanna spend 50 on this silly thing. Problem is will be going to a hot country soon and Ive gotten prickly heat really badly before and it was a nightmare, cant sit in sun, cant sleep, looks awful so any ideas would be very welcome, thankyou
